I have started this blog to help me with my weight loss journey.
So for my first day I had morning after oats, I have tried these with the frozen fruit and I really cant do it, however I have tried with fresh fruit and it is delish.
For lunch I had a jacket with butter chicken, this was made before I started and its too good to waste :(
And tea was Applewood smoke steak and salad, (I HAVE to have mayo )
